If It dissolves inorganic material, or leeches them, would that mean all plastic is unsafe? Should only glass be used? Or metal? Whole Foods only carries reverse osmosis and deionized water. I'm looking into another place to buy distilled water, or make my own, while I'm preparing to start UT. Their deionized water is meant to be drank, its sold per gallon and says "DI water, similar in purity to distilled water", so I believe this the safe form of deionized water? I sensed that was what the core group in Morocco was going through as well, a cocoon experience.
