I thought this talk was very insightful.

I would just like to add a comment to the discussion regarding the merkaba and ascension in the context of the 4th and 5th dimensions. I have spent some time at the Monroe Institute. Among other things, the Institute assists people to explore the afterlife. In doing so, it uses mapping and terminology devised by Robert Monroe, who explored these regions during out of body experiences undertaken over many years. He described the layers of the afterlife in terms of ‘focus’ levels. In other words, you are where you put your focus. The border between this physical existence and the afterlife is termed focus 21, and the meat of the afterlife is focus levels 24 to 27. Generally speaking, everyone has a natural tendency to go to one of these four levels after death, although you can visit other levels in meditation. The lighter you are the more likely you are to go to 26 and 27. 24 and 25 are the darker levels.

Once you gravitate to focus 27, there is a substantial border to cross before you get to the next level. I call this focus 28. To me the focus 21 border is like a flowing river, whereas focus 28 is like a canal lock. I gravitated to this border region some years ago and once I became aware of it, it took me three years to raise my level to focus 29.

When I watched one of George Kavassilas’s talks, I noticed that he mentioned that there is a substantial border between the top of the 4th dimension and the bottom of the 5th; and it occurred to me that focus 24 to 27 might actually be the 4th D and focus 29 part of the 5th D. If so, and if ‘ascension’ describes the crossing to the 5th D, then I can say quite firmly that you don’t need to do any breathing techniques to get there, nor do you have to meditate to create a merkaba. It might help some, I don’t know, but I did this by releasing my ’stuff” using the emotional freedom technique – and not even all my stuff.

Focuses 24 to 27 are all belief system territories and they are founded on addiction to use a harsh term. Lighter terms might be attachments, desires, drives and hobbies – basically whatever holds you, holds your focus. Releasing the attachments makes you lighter to the point that you get what Robert Monroe called ‘escape velocity.’ It’s as simple as that.

I would also say that I am not in focus 29 all the time by any means. I still get rubber-banded to my remaining ’stuff’ and my 3D reality of course gets my focus when my body needs something. However, when I am in it, I feel that I am outside the matrix into a new calm. If one is there all the time, maybe that is ascension. I am sure there are a lot of people having this same experience.

As a final note, once I went through focus 28, I started becoming aware that there are dragons in our landscape. I have had some interaction with them which is a story in itself, but of interest here is that one of them explained to me that he is a 4th D being and that he is alive. I.e. he has a 4th D body but also that he can die and would go to an afterlife. This begs the question of whether a 4D existence is also a type of physical experience where one lets go of their 4D body upon ‘death’ and crosses over to a 5D afterlife.

Great Interview (again) Lisa. Thank you to you and Kelly.

The Buddhists (Indo-Tiibetan Vajrayana or tantra) teach us to embody spirit (higher dimensions).
